PREPARATION
In order to prepare cottage cheese, use a starter culture VIVO and milk (cow, goat, etc. ). 1 litre of milk will be enough to make 250 grams of cottage cheese. 1 bottle of starter is enough for ripening up to 3 liters of milk.
Prepare a sour milk base for cottage cheese using a starter culture VIVO. It is cooked the same way as Vivo yogurt.
The resulting sour-milk base for cottage cheese is heated over a small fire for around 40 minutes, electric stove please keep on the minimum level. Do not boil!!! A s a result, curd flakes should form in the fermented milk product.
Remove the pot from the plate and allow it to cool. Pour the product into gauze and hang to separate the serum from the cottage cheese.
