All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
If applicable, Vivo USA is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times may cause additional delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Vivo USA is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at vivocultureusa@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged items and packaging.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
